In the Treasure Valley, most 2-car garages (400-500 sq ft) range from $2,800 – $5,500 depending on concrete condition, flake style, and topcoat. We offer free on-site quotes in Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Eagle, and Star with no upsell. Our flake epoxy systems include grinding, crack repair, and polyaspartic topcoat.
Most garages are 2-day install, 24 hours to walk on, 48 hours to park on. We use polyaspartic topcoats (not cheap epoxy topcoats) so Boise homeowners can use their garage faster, even in winter. We grind the concrete – we never acid etch
No, when installed correctly. We diamond grind and repair cracks, then use flexible polyaspartic that handles freeze-thaw. Cheap DIY kits from Home Depot peel because they don’t prep. Our floors are rated to -40F to 140F.
Our standard flake system is slip-resistant – the vinyl flakes add texture. For extra grip we add aluminum oxide. It’s much safer than bare concrete in winter. Great for garages, shops, and basements.
15-20+ years in a residential garage. Commercial shops get 7-10 years with heavy traffic. We use 100% solids epoxy base + polyaspartic topcoat, not water-based. That’s why we warranty it.
Yes – that’s 90% of what we do in Boise. We diamond grind off old stains, oil, and paint, then fill cracks and pits with polyurea mender. If your slab is heaving or has major moisture issues, we’ll test it first and tell you honestly if it’s a candidate.
Epoxy is the thick base that bonds to concrete. Polyurea/polyaspartic is the clear topcoat that won’t yellow from sun and is 4x more abrasion-resistant. We use epoxy base + polyaspartic top – the best system for Idaho garages. All-polyurea systems are too thin for bad concrete.
Sweep and occasional mop with water. No waxing, no sealing. Wipe oil/chemicals – they won’t stain. Avoid dragging metal pallets without mats.
Yes. Garages, shops, aircraft hangars (Caldwell/Nampa), gym floors, auto shops, and commercial kitchens. Licensed and insured in Idaho.
